☀️ Southern Cape Christian School Summer Camp 2026
Get ready for a summer full of faith, fun, friendship, and adventure!
Southern Cape Christian School’s Summer Camp provides a safe, nurturing, Christ-centered environment where children can grow, explore, and make lasting memories. Our camp is designed to support working families while offering an engaging, structured, and joy-filled experience for children of all ages.
Camp Dates
June 17, 2026 – August 28, 2026
(10-Week Program)

Ages Eligible
Children, infant through 12 years old are welcome to attend.
Spots are limited, and full-time spaces will be filled first. Registration is on a first come, first served basis.
Tuition Rates (5 Full Days Per Week)

Infant–17 months: $350 per week

18–29 months: $300 per week
-
30–59 months: $260 per week
-
5–10 years old: $230 per week
Registration Requirements

$75 Registration Fee per child (non-refundable)

First week’s tuition (non-refundable)

Tuition is due by Friday for the upcoming week.
A $35 late fee will be charged if payment is not received by Friday at 2:30pm. -
Accounts more than 2 weeks in arrears may result in dismissal from camp.
Registration Process
Your child’s registration is not complete until ALL of the following are received:

Completed Camp Registration Forms

$75 Registration Fee (per child)

First week’s tuition

Updated immunization record (if not currently enrolled)

Universal Health Form (if not currently enrolled)

Copy of Birth Certificate (unless previously provided)

Completed Health / Medical Release Form

Signed Photo/Video Release Form
-
Documentation for 504 Plan, IEP, and/or Behavioral Plan (if applicable)

Legal custody documentation (if applicable)

Signed acknowledgement of receiving the Parent Handbook

Once your registration packet is reviewed, the Camp Director will email confirmation.
Registration is not guaranteed until confirmation is received.
🏖 Vacation Policy
By signing registration papers, families commit to the full 10-week program.

One week of vacation is exempt from payment only if enrolled for all 10 weeks.

Two weeks written notice is required for vacation requests.

If not planning to attend all 10 weeks, families must notify us at time of registration.

Your child’s safety is our priority.
We require:

Health Update & Medical Release Form

Documentation for allergies, asthma, medications, or medical needs

Sunscreen and insect repellent provided by parents (spray only, clearly labeled)

Emergency contact information
We are equipped to follow medical plans for children with IEPs, 504 Plans, or documented health needs.
📸 Photo & Media Release
Parents may choose whether to allow their child to be photographed or recorded for school publications, website, and promotional materials. Consent is required through the Photo/Video Release Form included in the registration packet.
